Process aircooled heat exchangers are designed to condense and cool fluids with high pressure (< 400 bar) in petrochemical and gas plants. Heat exchange surface is made of round finned tubes, fed by inlet and outlet header boxes. to generate preliminary drawing with loading data and foot print at the early stage of projects development.
to allow a fast track detail engineering to be launched as soon as contract is awarded. Finite element models are used for stress analysis of critical components.
