With the increase of order intake, GEA Batignolles Technologies Thermiques has more than 350 employees today in more than 20 different departments, among which 70 managers and engineers.
During the last three years, GEA Batignolles Technologies Thermiques recruited approximately 110 new employees into various functions including engineers, welders, etc.
GEA Batignolles Technologies Thermiques searchs for new talents to enrich and develop our workforce. In order to acquire the company culture and experience, the young people recruited by Btt follow regularly training courses given by the senior staff with a very rich experience.
GEA Batignolles Technologies Thermiques takes an active part in the training of students, the company has also a policy of apprentice-shop.
